Anti-Spam Policy

Job Hunter Pipeline (jobhunterpipeline.com) is committed to permission-based email and to full compliance with the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act and, where applicable, Canada's CASL and the EU GDPR / ePrivacy rules. We do not send unsolicited bulk email ("spam"), and we do not condone it. This policy explains what email we send, how you can stop receiving it, and how to report a suspected violation.

1. Permission-Based Email Only

We only send email to people who have a direct relationship with us — for example, you purchased a product, created an account, or knowingly subscribed to our list. We never purchase, rent, sell, or harvest email addresses, and we do not email people who have not given us their address directly.

2. Types of Email We Send

  • Transactional / service email — order confirmations, access and login details, password resets, refund and support replies, and important account or policy notices. These are required to operate your purchase and are not marketing.
  • Marketing email — product tips, new resources, and offers. We are not sending marketing email yet. If we introduce it, we will send it only to people who have opted in, and every message will include a working unsubscribe link.

3. How to Unsubscribe

When we do send marketing email, you will be able to stop receiving it at any time:

  • Click the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any marketing email — no login required; or
  • Email support@jobhunterpipeline.com with the subject "Unsubscribe" and we will remove you.

We honor every unsubscribe request promptly and within 10 business days at the latest, as required by the CAN-SPAM Act. We will not sell or transfer your address to anyone for their own marketing, even after you unsubscribe. Please note that unsubscribing from marketing email does not stop transactional/service email (such as receipts or access details) while you have an active purchase or account.

4. We Never Sell or Rent Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your email address or personal information. See our Privacy Policy for the full detail on how we handle your data and the third-party processors we use.

5. Outreach Templates Inside the Product

Job Hunter Pipelineis an education product that teaches manual, one-to-one, permission-aware LinkedIn and email outreach. The message templates we provide are intended to be personalized and sent individually by you. We do not provide, and you may not use our materials for, mass unsolicited messaging, scraping, bulk automation, or any activity that violates LinkedIn's terms of service, the CAN-SPAM Act, CASL, GDPR, or any other applicable law. You are responsible for complying with anti-spam laws and platform rules in your own outreach.

6. Reporting Spam

If you receive an email that appears to come from us and that you believe violates this policy, please tell us so we can investigate. Email support@jobhunterpipeline.com or write to us at the postal address below. Include a copy of the message and its headers if you can.
