Job Hunter Pipeline is an education product. We provide written playbooks, video lessons, templates, and pipeline-management tools designed to help users plan and execute LinkedIn-based outreach for jobs, clients, partnerships, and other professional opportunities. The Service does not perform outreach on your behalf and is not a job placement, recruiting, or staffing agency.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract to use the Service. By purchasing, you confirm that the information you provide at checkout is accurate.
3. Purchases and Upsells
- All one-time purchases are charged in U.S. dollars at the price displayed at checkout.
- Optional order bumps and post-purchase upsells are clearly priced on the relevant pages before you confirm.
- Optional resource packs are one-time purchases unless the checkout page clearly states otherwise before you confirm.
4. License and Acceptable Use
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the Service for your own professional development. You may not:
- resell, redistribute, or republish the playbooks, videos, templates, or software in whole or in part;
- share your login credentials with other people;
- scrape, mass-download, or attempt to extract the underlying source code or content;
- use the templates to send spam, harassing messages, or content that violates LinkedIn's terms of service or any applicable law.
We reserve the right to terminate access without refund for serious violations of these rules, including credential sharing, redistribution, and abusive use.
Anti-Spam.You agree to use the templates, scripts, and outreach materials only for manual, permission-aware, one-to-one outreach, and never to send unsolicited bulk messages, scrape contacts, or otherwise violate the CAN-SPAM Act, CASL, GDPR, or LinkedIn's terms of service. Our own email practices are governed by our Anti-Spam Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, software, branding, and materials in the Service are owned by Job Hunter Pipeline and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. The Job Hunter Pipeline™ is our trademark.
6. No Guarantees
We do not guarantee jobs, clients, interviews, income, partnerships, or any particular outcome. Results depend on your effort, background, market conditions, consistency, and execution. See our Earnings Disclaimer for details.
7. Refunds
Our refund process is described in the Refund Policy.
8. Third-Party Services
We use third-party providers including BuyGoods (payments), Supabase (hosting and authentication), Cloudflare (delivery), and analytics tools. Their use is governed by their own terms and policies.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or via the Service. Continued use after the update constitutes acceptance.
