- How do I request a refund?
- Email support with the subject "Refund request" and your order number. No explanation required. See our Refund Policy for details.
- I purchased but did not receive my login email.
- Check your spam folder first. If it is not there, email us with your order number and the email you purchased with, and we will resend access manually as soon as we see your message.
- Can I share my account with someone else?
- Each license is for a single user. Sharing logins violates the Terms of Service and may result in access revocation.
- How do I get help with an optional resource pack?
- Email support with your order number and the resource pack name. We will help with access, files, and refund requests within the stated guarantee window.
- Do you offer private implementation help?
- The public product is self-guided. If additional implementation resources become available, they will be listed inside the member area.
- Will this work in my country / industry / role?
- The system is designed for English-speaking professional markets where LinkedIn is the dominant network. The fundamentals (positioning, outreach, follow-up) translate across industries. Execution is up to you.
